On 14th February it’s the annual tradition to unite for world sound healing day and set positive intentions for love and compassion globally. Connecting together to harmonize , create a sense of inner peace and promote the intention of world peace. Inviting you to a restorative sound bath to honour this occasion.

Sound baths provide an opportunity to rest and be transported by meditative sounds. They can enable us to to unwind and create a sense of release and restoration through deep relaxation.

During the sound bath Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and gentle percussion will be played to create a relaxing experience. Sound baths can be supportive with reducing feelings of stress and promote improved sleep, concentration, and energy. I hope this experience will enable you to start the rest of the weekend feeling refreshed.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for the sound bath to settle into the space. You’re invited to sit or lay down during the sound experience and request you bring a mat, blanket, cushion and anything needed to support with your comfort.

Look forward to welcoming you and gathering for this special sonic day.

Warm wishes,

Naomi
