Lotus Heart Sound Healing Ceremony

In this ceremony guided by Emily, we will focus on activating and expanding our unique heart song creating an inner energetic ecosystem to bring forth your Highest expression. During this ceremony you are invited to leave behind any discordant notes, releasing anything that is not love that you are ready to leave behind and anchoring in the frequencies you wish to hold in your being.

The vibration and frequency of sound can transform us on an energetic, cellular level. Our bodies are comprised of light and sound waves which is why connecting with the medicine and vibration of sound can be such a potent experience. Sound can help us to relax, release stored tension and emotions, and vibrate on a higher frequency. Sound can take us on an alchemical journey helping to align chakras and bring our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies into greater alignment. In sound healing sessions, Emily uses the crystal singing bowls, guzheng, gong, flutes, percussion instruments, koshi chimes, crystal pyramid and toning for a multi-dimensional, multi-sensory experience.
