This Valentine’s Day, we’re sending a sonic valentine to the Earth. ༺♡༻
The workshop will consist of:
– warm-ups for the body, the breath, and the voice
– positive affirmations to plant or reinforce healing patterns
– an emotional piece of music to inspire us to express through voice
– circle songs with happy rhythms to enliven our cells! ♡ ♫ ツ
NO singing level required – suitable for beginners and professionals.

… Cumie is a singer with a lot of professional experience in various countries around the world, including singing with Cirque du Soleil. She is also certified in Kundalini Yoga (AEKY, KRI, IKYTA) and other modalities of self-healing, such as the Hay House course “The Power of Sound Healing” by Jonathan Goldman, IsoSomatic Breathing and Trauma Release Techniques, “Self Healing with Sound: The Pythagorean Lambdoma Matrix” by scientist Barbara Hero, Usui Reiki I, Healing Touch, and she began her journey with overtone singing in NYC in 2003 with the renowned Baird Hersey. She was a member of MuOM Barcelona Overtone Singing Choir for 8 years. At present, Cumie is a student of the Zulma Reyo School of Consciousness, a 5-year program that supports alchemical alignment, self-management of energies, and ways to bring more light into physical matter.
The purpose of World Sound Healing Day is to:

The voices merged and transformed into gigantic waves of sound that we collectively generated with no other guide than pure intuition, waves that ripped us open, tears and that erased any trace of individuality. It was as if we all became sound channels and gave the person in the center the music that was most suitable for him in that place and at that time. … Cumie es cantante con mucha experiencia profesional en varios países del mundo, incluyendo cantar con el Cirque du Soleil. Esto fue escrito por un amigo de Cumie, y él se puso en palabras perfectas lo que vamos a experimentar este miércoles… ♡ ♫
“Nos sentábamos en círculo y una persona se ponía en medio, decía su nombre y cerraba los ojos. Los otros escuchábamos el silencio y poco a poco comenzamos a cantar, a emitir sonidos, notas, melodías, silbidos que evolucionaban libre y espontáneamente por diferentes caminos en función de la persona que había en el centro. La música crecía y crecía en intensidad y complejidad. Las voces se fundían y se transformaban en olas gigantescas de sonido que generábamos colectivamente sin otro batuta que la pura intuición, olas que nos arrancaban las lágrimas y que borraban cualquier rastro de individualidad. Era como si todas nos transformásemos en canales de sonido y regalásemos a la persona que había en el centro la música que en ese lugar y en ese momento era la más adecuada para ella. Una música que nacía de la combinación irrepetible de individuos que el destino quiso juntar aquellos días, una música que no podrá ser nunca escrita, ni tampoco descrita.” — David Sitges-Sardà, miembro de MuOM Ecstatic Voices
