By simply intoning ‘AH’ together with the intention of love and compassion

Since we are in NZ, we will be the first country to start the Sonic Valentine off

11:55am Start gathering in circle
12:00pm Welcome by Yee Ley
12.05pm Intoning of ‘AH’ for 5-10 minutes (or any vowel sound or Om/Aum)
12.15pm Free flow vocal expression
(feel free to bring musical instruments such as drums, & percussion instruments)
12.30pm END (unless you want to keep jammin’)
